ABOUT FINDXPERT

My name is Jeroen and I have been active in the personnel profession since the year 2000. From a mechanical engineering background, I made this ‘move’ to the HR side at the time and still enjoy it very much. Since 2006 I have been active in business with the medium LinkedIn and since 2015 as a LinkedIn trainer and Executive Search / Boolean Search trainer.

Personally, I continuously strive for successes and new insights on both a personal and business level. My goal in my role as a trainer and activities within the executive search field is to make a valuable contribution to the development of our participants during the training courses, on the one hand to facilitate organizations we work with in their growth ambitions by linking them to essential professionals. And that at home and abroad.

By continuously thinking along with our customers and participants, I strive to make well-founded connections between wish and reality. Executing to make progress, strategically and advising where necessary. I am active in (international) recruitment & selection, education and training and strategic personnel planning.

I like to act as an ambassador of our profession during our assignments and training courses. In short, not just conveying the material, with a lot of passion, enthusiasm and above all smart practical daily employability, I transfer my knowledge and use it for our customers.
