When you choose FindXpert, you set up a personal coaching program together with your coach. Together we look at your knowledge, skills and interests so that we have a clear idea of where you are now and where you want to go. The starting point of this process is you. How do we do that?
Career coaching method
By making an inventory of your knowledge, skills and interests together, we provide a clear overview of where you are now. During our conversations we use the GROW coaching model. The GROW coaching model is experiential learning: reflection, insight, choosing and doing. For each meeting, we determine together what is needed for the next step in the process to achieve a clear end result.
The goal? Developing new insights so that you come to good actions and decisions and so that you develop even greater self-confidence. And of course we do this together!

In addition to career advice, we look at your personal development and together we look for what inspires you, motivates you and where your potential lies. Especially in the long term. Your past actions and decisions will be more likely to be repeated if you keep doing what you’ve always done.

Did you know that there are health insurances that reimburse coaching? We advise you to contact your insurance company there. If you have been referred by your employer, there is a good chance that they will pay for your trajectory for you.
